Responsibilities

Piercing training and customer guidance; maintain sterile environment and educate on aftercare.
Keep store displays fresh, organize inventory, and ensure easy shopping.
Support Store Manager, motivate the team, and maintain high-energy store culture.
Represent the brand; stay updated on fashion trends to help customers find products.
Oversee store operations: cash handling, merchandising, promotions, and smooth day-to-day tasks.
Encourage customers to share Claire's haul on social media.
