Nautica is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support the management team and deliver an outstanding customer experience while driving store results. You will help execute store operations, maintain visual standards, and develop your team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include selling, product knowledge, and leading by example on daily tasks. This role requires flexibility, strong teamwork, and a proactive attitude to contribute to the brand’s success.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in a similar-volume apparel business.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and performance metrics.
• Flexible evenings and weekends availability.
• Possible occasional travel to other store locations.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team to achieve sales results and grow the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Be a role model for the customer experience.
• Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met.
• Be accountable for assigned tasks and results.
• Learn about all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive the business.
• Create a great work environment with a positive, professional attitude.
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and act as supervisor in Store Manager's absence.
