Domino's Pizza Evansville is seeking a part-time Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations. You will oversee staff, ensure service excellence, and uphold food quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include supervising the team, managing inventory and cash handling, and assisting with sales initiatives to meet revenue goals. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends required; prior supervisory experience in food service preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in supervisory or leadership role within food service or retail.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service and maintain product quality.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper stock levels to meet customer demand.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Support sales initiatives and promotional activities to achieve store revenue goals.
• Prepare reports on sales, labor, and inventory for management review.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed accurately and securely.
