Job summary

Clarks in Destin, FL is seeking a Part Time Team Lead to guide daily store operations and support sales goals. The role requires leading by example, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring floor coverage and product presentation.

As a Team Lead, you will act as Manager on Duty when leadership is unavailable, supervise staff, coach teammates, and collaborate with management to meet monthly targets while upholding Clarks’ brand standards and loss-prevention policies.

Qualifications

• Retail supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manager on Duty in the store when the Store Manager is unavailable.
• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock; ensure proper product placement.
• Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
• Provide impeccable customer service and upsell multiple items.
• Uphold the Clarks brand and follow loss prevention policies.
• Create a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
