Job summary

Claire's in Florida is seeking a Part-Time Store Manager to drive sales, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and keep our displays fresh and engaging. You will lead by example, upsell trend accessories, manage promo events, and train teammates to uphold Claire's standards daily across shifts.

The Store Manager Part-Time role also requires coordinating operations with accuracy, handling cash responsibly, maintaining inventory, visual merchandising, and creating a positive, high-energy

Qualifications

Can conduct piercings and handle anxious customers with care.
Proficient with POS system for transactions and sales.
At least one year of retail management or leadership experience.
Able to stand for shifts and lift 11–35 kg (25–75 lbs).
Strong math and inventory management skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver next-level customer experiences and upsell promos to drive revenue.
Train piercing experts and ensure a sterile environment.
Maintain attractive store displays and organize inventory.
Support Store Manager with sales tips and team motivation.
Oversee operations including cash handling and merchandising.
Encourage customers to share their Claire's haul on social media.
