• Guide piercing services, educate on aftercare, and maintain a sterile environment.
• Maintain visually appealing store displays and organized inventory.
• Support Store Manager with coaching and motivating team, sharing sales tips.
• Represent the Claire's brand and stay current with fashion trends to boost sales.
• Oversee store operations including cash handling, merchandising, and promotions.
• Encourage customers to share their purchases on social media.
