Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a store associate in CANANDAIGUA, NY to maintain cleanliness, assist customers, and support checkout operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of store cleanliness and recovery to deliver our Brand Promises.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Assist customers on product locations and help with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking and planogram (POGs).
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and company policies.
