Qualifications

• Complies with store policies and can follow directives from management.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
• Capable of heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs) and constant movement.
• Must have reliable transportation and be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Model and coach for the ultimate consumer experience across customer service, sales, merchandising and store operations.
• Grow sales and coach the team to deliver authentic Levi's selling practices.
• Assist with getting products to the floor and support store operations and visual merchandising.
• Lead a positive, engaging shopping experience and drive key initiatives.
