Job summary

CHS Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Store Clerk for our Cenex Zip Trip location in Billings, MT. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, operating the register, and maintaining an organized, safe store environment.

The position involves standing for shifts, assisting customers, and supporting inventory and displays. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with at least 1 year in retail or customer service and basic math/office skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Retail and/or Retail Merchandising and Customer Service
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English to customers and coworkers
• Basic math and computer skills to operate store equipment and systems

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers promptly
• Cashier responsibilities including accepting payments and issuing receipts
• Display and organize products for easy customer access
• Maintain store appearance through dusting, cleaning and restocking merchandise
• Monitor customers to assist with loss prevention
• Assist with displays and promotions
• Follow safety policies and communicate hazards
