Job summary

FashionUnited is seeking a Part-Time Store Cleaning & Operations Associate in North Carolina. You will keep the store clean and safe, perform daily cleaning tasks, and support operations to ensure a smooth customer experience.

You will clean all areas, manage supplies, complete training, assist with stockroom duties, and engage customers to help them find products and services. This role requires flexibility in schedule and a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to multi-task.
• Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store (floors, windows, restrooms, trash) following best practices.
• Use approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Monitor and replenish chemicals and supplies; rotate and store properly.
• Complete required training for chemical handling and equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and follow company guidelines.
• Use store tools and technology to communicate with the team and plan tasks.
• Assist with stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment as needed.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance.
