Responsibilities

• Maintain stock of chemicals and supplies and rotate storage properly.
• Complete required training for chemical use and equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance per guidelines.
• Utilize Kohl's tools and technology to communicate with the store team.
• Assist operations with receiving, stockroom tasks, and omnichannel fulfillment when needed.
• Greet customers and offer help with products and services.

What You'll Do

• Clean all areas of the store (e.g., floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Kohls best practices and standards procedures, guidelines, and methods


• Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment


• Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when supplies are low, ensuring supplies are rotated and stored in proper containers in preparation for their use


• Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance


• Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines


• Effectively use Kohls tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team


• Support the operations team to receive and process product, execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment when needed


• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
