Kohl's is hiring for an Associate role in Virginia Beach. The position emphasizes maintaining a safe and clean store environment, performing daily cleaning tasks, and supporting store operations to enhance the customer experience.

You will engage customers, assist with products and services, and complete required trainings to ensure safety and efficiency at the point of sale and throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Kohl's standards.
• Use only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Monitor and replenish chemicals and supplies, rotate stock, and store properly.
• Complete required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance as directed by guidelines.
• Utilize Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team.
• Support the operations team to receive and process product, execute stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.

What You’ll Do

• Clean all areas of the store (e.g., floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Kohl's best practices and standards procedures, guidelines, and methods
• Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
• Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when supplies are low, ensuring supplies are rotated and stored in proper containers in preparation for their use
• Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
• Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
• Effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team
• Support the operations team to receive and process product, execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment when needed
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services

Pay Range: $14.10 - $18.35
