Enhance the ALDI customer shopping experience in a collaborative team environment as an ALDI Cashier or Stocker.

As a member of our team, you'll operate registers or machinery, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and serve customers. Start a job that offers new challenges each day.

Position Details:

• Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Less than 30 hours/week
• Starting Wage: $17.50/hr
• Wage Progression: Year 2 - $18.00, Year 3 - $18.50, Year 4 - $18.50, Year 5 - $19.50

Responsibilities:

Must perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Collaborate with team members and communicate with leadership
• Maintain security and confidentiality of documents and data
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Additional responsibilities include processing customer purchases, cleaning, stocking shelves, providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and adhering to cash handling policies.

Stocker Specific Duties:

• Stock and rotate products to ensure freshness
• Create attractive displays following planograms
• Organize inventory and operate machinery safely

Physical Demands:

• Require sitting, standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting (up to 45 pounds), and walking

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Capability to perform cleaning duties and interpret company policies
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Effective time management
• Knowledge of company products and services

Specific skills for Cashier and Stocker roles are also required, including operating cash registers and equipment safely, with availability for early morning shifts.

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
