Enhance the ALDI customer shopping experience in a collaborative team environment as an ALDI Cashier or Stocker. As a member of our team, you'll operate registers or machinery, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and serve customers. Start a job that offers something new each day.

Position Details:

1. Type: Part-Time
2. Hours: Less than 30 hours/week
3. Starting Wage: $19.00/hour
4. Wage Progression: Year 2 - $19.50, Year 3 - $20.00, Year 4 - $20.60, Year 5 - $22.10

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to leadership.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of documents and data.
• Process customer purchases, perform cleaning, stock shelves, and merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Report inventory issues and feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor stock accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies to prevent losses.

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and ensure freshness.
• Follow merchandising planograms.
• Organize inventory and operate equipment safely.

Physical Demands:

• Regularly sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk.
• Stockers must lift up to 45 pounds and handle merchandise at various heights.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or older.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service.
• Perform cleaning to standards.
