Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred.
• Physical requirements include standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with locating items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties and handle transactions.
• Restock shelves and manage inventory as directed by store manager.
• Assist with opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Support multiple departments including photo and beauty and stay updated on services.
• Assist pharmacy personnel as needed and participate in growth opportunities.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to support patient care.
