Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Part-time role with about 20 hours weekly.
• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with locating items.
• Accurately handle cash, checks and credit card transactions following policies.
• Maintain sales floor: restocking, pricing updates and inventory tasks.
• Support opening/closing store activities as needed.
• Assist department colleagues (photo/beauty) and stay updated on services/tools.
• Support pharmacy personnel when needed and growth opportunities may arise.
