Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly, assist with locating items, and offer help as needed.
• Accurately perform cashier duties with cash, checks and credit card transactions following policies.
• Restock shelves, update pricing, and manage inventory as directed by store management.
• Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Assist multiple departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring full stocking and operation.
• Support pharmacy personnel when needed and participate in growth opportunities.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to customers.
