Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs occasionally.
• Good vision for computer use and reading small print.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service and resolve potential issues.
• Greet customers and assist with locating products.
• Handle cashier duties including cash, checks, and card transactions.
• Restock shelves and update pricing; assist with inventory tasks as directed by store manager.
• Support opening/closing store activities and cross-department support including pharmacy when needed.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to customers.
