Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age with the ability to meet shift needs.
• Experience in customer service is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service and resolve issues proactively.
• Greet customers, assist with locating items, and offer help as needed.
• Perform cashier duties accurately with cash, checks, and cards.
• Maintain sales floor, restock, update pricing, and manage inventory tasks.
• Support opening/closing store activities and cross-department assistance.
• Assist pharmacy staff when needed and learn opportunities for growth.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to customers.
