Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving issues.
• Greeting customers warmly, maintaining eye contact, and helping locate items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties—cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking, updating prices, and inventory tasks.
• Support opening and closing store activities when needed.
• Provide customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring stock and operations.
• Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including pharmacy shifts for growth opportunities.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to support customer health.
