Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly, assist with locating items, and offer help.
• Accurately handle cashier duties incl. cash, checks, and card transactions.
• Maintain sales floor: restock, price updates, inventory tasks as directed.
• Support opening/closing store activities as needed.
• Assist other departments including photo and beauty; stay stocked and informed.
• Support pharmacy staff; may work regular shifts in the pharmacy for growth.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to help customers on their health journey.
