Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with locating items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties and handle transactions.
• Restock shelves, update pricing, and support inventory tasks as directed.
• Assist with opening and closing store activities.
• Support pharmacy personnel when needed and participate in pharmacy shifts.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs.
