Job summary

Binny's is seeking a part-time store associate to assist customers, manage checkout operations, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, safe store environment. You will follow age-verification, safety, and security procedures while delivering excellent service.

The role requires 21+ age, ability to lift 40–50 lbs, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation starts at $16.25–$17.00 per hour with benefits including 401(k), PTO, paid sick time, holidays, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Able to provide friendly customer service and follow policies
• Must be 21 years old and able to complete alcohol training
• Able to count cash and make change accurately
• Able to operate business machines (scanners, keyboards)
• Able to stand, walk, and lift 40–50 pounds repeatedly
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Follow proper age verification policies.
• Provide friendly assistance and observe customer service policies.
• Perform cash register operations and maintain checkout areas.
• Perform stocking, display-building and porter duties.
• Follow injury prevention, safety training and security procedures.
• Follow shipping and receiving procedures.
• Develop knowledge of store products to better serve customers.
• Perform duties assigned by Store Management.
