Auto Value in St. Cloud, MN is seeking a Store Administrative Clerk for part-time hours. You’ll handle daily reports, deposits, and administrative tasks while supporting store staff and customers. The role emphasizes organization, accuracy, and teamwork.

You’ll engage in basic bookkeeping, customer service, and at times assist with deliveries and counter service. Previous experience in retail admin is preferred and familiarity with Word/Excel is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic bookkeeping in a retail/store environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work with customers, suppliers, and employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily reports, deposits, and administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Maintain records and assist with basic bookkeeping and financial transactions.
• Follow store policies and procedures.
• Assist with scheduling personnel and handling confidential information.
• Coordinate deliveries and pickups with customers and vendors as needed.
• Provide customer service and assist at the counter when required.
• Support other store areas based on business needs.
• Collaborate with store leadership to keep operations running smoothly.
