Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking a Part-Time Stock Associate in Costa Mesa, CA to verify receipts, manage deliveries, and place merchandise in the stockroom while delivering a great customer experience.

You will process replenishments, monitor floor stock, support store operations, and stay flexible with day/evening/weekend hours; prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to process information or merchandise through the computer system and POS register system.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Verify receipts, deliveries, and placement of merchandise in the stockroom.
• Process and replenish merchandise, receive and monitor floor stock, and handle product movement.
• Ensure accurate and efficient stockroom operations, especially during peak hours.
• Provide clear and timely communication to management regarding product levels and stock needs.
