Job summary

Surya Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Stock Associate for the Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams Outlet in San Marcos, TX.

You will support store operations, inventory accuracy, shipment processing, and customer experience, including stockroom organization, handling furniture and merchandise, and helping customers loading items into their vehicles. Candidates should be available Wednesday mornings at 6:00 AM for shipments, which occur every 1–2 weeks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, stock receiving preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Proven upholding safety guidelines and procedures for personal and others' safety.
• Positive, professional attitude and enthusiasm for supporting customers.
• Proficient with current technology i.e. iPads, Mac, PC.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments of product safely and in a timely manner.
• Ensure smooth transitions of product from delivery trucks to storage and sales floor.
• Upholding stockroom organization standards.
• Ensure all merchandise is properly tagged for inventory accuracy.
• Prepare purchased product and assist customers with loading furniture and accessories into their vehicles.
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills.
