Job summary

Lacoste is seeking a Stock Associate in New York to support stock room operations and maintain inventory accuracy. You will help manage merchandise flow to the sales floor, process shipments and transfers, and support loss prevention efforts in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of stock management experience, is able to lift and move stock, and demonstrates strong organizational and teamwork skills in line with Lacoste standards.

Responsibilities

• Organize the stock room and ensure efficient merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Assist in processing shipments, transfers, damages, and supplies promptly.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.
• Work under the Stock Supervisor to manage stock safely and securely.
• Support merchandising and planning efforts as directed by management.
• Assist with loss prevention efforts and store opening/closing procedures.
