Northern Michigan Surgical Suites is seeking a part-time Sterile Processing Tech to support our multi-specialty outpatient center. The technician will care for and maintain all surgical instrumentation and prepare sets for cases, with emphasis on accurate setup and teamwork with OR staff.

This role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and collaboration with surgeons and nurses. Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED, CRCST/CSPDT certification, and 2 years of OR

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification preferred.
• 2 years of experience in a multi-specialty operating room environment preferred.
• Knowledge of medical instruments and OR setup preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Sterile Processing Technician cares for and maintains all surgical instrumentation and sets up supplies and instruments for surgery cases.
