The Standing Guard position in Sherman Oaks,CAis a critical role focused on maintaining the safety and security of designated premises, personnel, and assets. The primary objective is to deter unauthorized access, prevent potential security breaches, and respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies. This role requires constant vigilance, effective communication, and the ability to assess situations quickly to ensure a secure environment. The Standing Guard will serve as the first line of defense, providing a visible security presence that promotes a sense of safety for employees, visitors, and property. Ultimately, the role contributes to the overall operational integrity and peace of mind within the assigned location.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid security guard license or certification as required by California state law.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical patrols.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
