Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state where employed.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g. APhA).
• Free of pending felony charges or convictions for offenses involving controlled substances.

Responsibilities

• Lead with Heart and support Pharmacy Manager and staff.
• Ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
• Oversee pharmacy operations, inventory management and loss prevention.
• Drive customer service and patient care initiatives in the pharmacy.
