CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist in New Hampshire to lead and support pharmacy operations, supervise the Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, and oversee patient care programs. This role focuses on patient safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and delivering compassionate care to patients.

You will work with the Pharmacy Manager to ensure efficient pharmacy operation, drive patient outcomes, and contribute to a team culture that prioritizes caring, safety, and service.

Qualificações

• Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA).
• Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offences involving controlled substances.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff.
• Accountable for supporting the management, oversight and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy.
• Lead with Heart display empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers and colleagues on your team.
• Identify critical business opportunities and contribute to the development of meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance in your pharmacy.
• Adapt to change and adjust plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting.
