CVS Health seeks a Staff Pharmacist in the United States to lead with Heart, supervise Pharmacy Support Staff, and ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance and high-quality service in a busy pharmacy.

You will drive performance, mentor colleagues, manage inventory, and collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to deliver compassionate, accessible care to patients and families in their communities.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead with Heart and display empathy for patients, customers, caregivers and colleagues.
• Motivate and develop Pharmacy Support Staff to balance assignments and close knowledge gaps.
• Identify critical business opportunities and contribute to growth and improved performance in the pharmacy.
• Implement solutions by guiding the team to achieve goals.
