Job summary

Albertsons Companies is hiring a pharmacist for a part-time role overseeing direct patient care and wellness services. You will support disease state management, optimize medication therapy, and help deliver patient-centered care within a community-focused setting.

This position is scheduled for 8 hours per week, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, requiring an active pharmacist license and a Pharm.D or Bachelor’s degree. This team values collaboration, training, and community health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer Required.
• This position is scheduled for 8 hours per week from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
