Job summary

The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board is hiring Part-Time Sales Associates - Intermittent Liquor Store Clerks to join our Fine Wine & Good Spirits stores. We value friendly, motivated individuals who deliver top-notch customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.

These positions offer 13–25 hours per week with flexible shifts. Starting salary is fixed at the minimum for Commonwealth employees; eligibility for Affordable Care Act medical benefits begins on day one.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• PA residency requirement.
• Ability to lift 30–60 pounds occasionally and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and help shoppers find what they need.
• Process sales transactions using a computerized cash register.
• Unload shipments, stock shelves and set up product displays.
• Receive, assemble, and pack wholesale orders for customers.
• Safely lift products up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Keep the store clean, organized and welcoming.
• Operate scanners, box cutters, dollies, carts and pallet jacks.
• Ensure alcohol is sold only to customers legally permitted to buy it.
• Work in a friendly, team-oriented environment with daily challenges and rewards.
