Job summary

Broad River Rehab in Chillicothe, OH is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP CCC or CFY) to evaluate and treat residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Flexible 15-25 hours per week; 4-5 day work week with mentorship and CF supervisor available for new graduates.

The role requires an active SLP license in the state and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Prior experience is welcome but not required as mentorship is provided.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Speech-Language Pathologist license in state of employment required.
• 1-2 years of experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents under orders from a physician using a variety of speech therapeutic procedures and assistive devices to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident’s life.
