Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable and compassionate therapists to work 1:1 with children in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will help enhance speech and language functioning and support families through individualized treatment plans.

Licensed Speech-Language Therapists with a Michigan license and valid driver's license are encouraged to apply. We offer flexible schedules, weekly pay, and opportunities for career growth in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active license as Speech-Language Therapist in Michigan.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong people skills and effective communication.
• Adaptability, flexibility and personal responsibility.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home speech and language therapy to children.
• Support development of communication skills in children with ID/DD.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to track progress.
