• Employ teaching methods across modalities and incorporate engaging technology.
• Facilitate the needs of different learners with responsive pedagogical techniques.
• Examine and adapt instructional practices to engage and support students.
• Engage in student consultation, course preparation, and syllabus preparation.
• Provide prompt and constructive support to students through office hours and timely feedback on assessments.
• Provide prompt feedback to student emails.
• Adhere to reporting deadlines such as grade processing and textbook adoption.
• Participate in service to the college and its community.
