Job summary

EDU Healthcare is seeking a New Hampshire-certified Special Education Teacher to provide focused reading and math instruction to a small group of students with IEPs attending charter schools. This part-time role requires only a few hours per week.

You will develop and implement individualized education plans, adapt curricula to diverse learners, and monitor progress while collaborating with families and school staff to support student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education.
• Active state licensure or certification, or eligibility to obtain.
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation.
• Experience in schools or with children preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Modify curricula to address diverse learning needs.
• Provide one-on-one and small group instruction.
• Track progress and update IEPs.
• Communicate with parents, staff, and IEP team members.
• Collaborate with teachers and related service providers.
• Maintain accurate documentation per guidelines.
