Heartland ABA in Macksville, KS is seeking a Spanish speaking Autism Therapist to provide in-home ABA services under supervision. The role focuses on skill-building, data collection, and family collaboration to support children with Autism in their daily environments.

This entry point opportunity offers paid training, a flexible schedule, and potential growth within the psychology field. Prior experience is not required, with completion of the 40‑hour Registered Behavior Technician course

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients, using evidence‑based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
