Sonoma State University’s Department of Ethnic Studies and Languages invites applications for a part-time temporary Lecturer to teach Spanish language courses. The lecturer will be assigned courses by the department chair, prepare materials, deliver engaging instruction, and evaluate student work.

Candidates should have a Master’s degree in Spanish or a related field, native or near-native Spanish, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Spanish or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience teaching Spanish, preferably at the college or university level.
• Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish and strong written and oral communication skills in English.

Responsabilités

• Teach assigned Spanish language courses; prepare course materials and assessments.
