Qualifications

• WV license/certification in massage therapy and bodywork
• 1–3 years experience in a professional massage therapy environment
• Resort Spa experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide massage and body treatment services safely and professionally in compliance with state laws and ethics
• Promote spa culture and Legendary Customer Service
• Perform Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Stone/Bamboo and Pregnancy massages
• Maintain spa rooms and inventory of supplies
• Increase revenue through skincare and body product sales
• Support spa operations during off-appointment times
• Maintain guest-focused, professional demeanor and handle guest concerns
