Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere/After Effects, and Lightroom.
• Strong visual portfolio demonstrating aesthetic, storytelling, and editing skills.
• Ability to move from ideation to final post for trending concepts within 4 hours.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End production: script, shoot, and edit short-form video and photography.
• Identify emerging sounds, memes, and formats before they hit the mainstream and adapt them to the brand voice.
• Create content specifically designed for individual social feeds, avoiding a corporate ad-heavy feel.
• Direct influencers, clients, and team members to capture high-quality visual assets.
