Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to enhance customer experiences and drive sales through strong service and product knowledge. You will perform daily store tasks, maintain visual standards, and assist with merchandising and restocking to keep the floor inviting and organized.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a proactive approach to customer service in a fast-paced fashion retail setting. Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of the English language to communicate with management, customers and coworkers.
• Basic fashion and style knowledge and desire to work with customers in a retail setting.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, detail-oriented, flexible, communicative and interpersonal skills for customer service and store maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Drive selling efforts and customer relationships through service and selling techniques.
• Perform daily store functions: merchandising, product sales, customer relations and store maintenance.
• Maintain visual standards, complete daily restock, and ensure appropriate size runs per visual directions.
• Assist with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Support store organization and keep the sales floor neat and welcoming.
• Assist with duties as assigned by store management.
