Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. As Brand Execution Merchant, you’ll stock shelves, build displays, and keep products in stock while delivering excellent service to store teams and shoppers.

You will visit assigned stores on a regular schedule, place product orders via iPad using Salesforce, and implement promotional displays according to RTM plans.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid REAL ID, US passport, or federal ID for access to a military base facility.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations.
• Able to perform physical tasks including repetitive lifting up to 25 lbs and sometimes over 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Tampa, FL; Brandon, FL is a secondary location.
• Schedule availability: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday; Start time 6am.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism as the face of iconic brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to ensure visibility.
• Order product via iPad to keep shelves in stock using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans and maintain coverage schedules.
• Follow daily RTM-driven priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant, including lifting and moving products.
