This role requires a reliable driver with a personal vehicle, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, weekend availability, and a customer-service mindset. You will work 20 hours per week under the merchandising manager's schedule, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation to store locations within 25 miles of Cincinnati.
• Retail or grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain displays according to Mondelēz guidelines.
• Build and maintain promotional displays and ensure brand visibility.
• Visit stores per schedule and capture display photos as required.
• Coordinate with Sales Representatives to follow negotiated plans.
• Prepare seasonal displays and support new product launches.
• Represent Mondelēz professionally in-store.
