Job summary

Mondelēz International, the maker of Oreo, Ritz and Chips Ahoy!, seeks a Part‑Time Nabisco Merchandiser in Pomona, CA. You will stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches across assigned stores with a flexible schedule.

You will work with your Retail Territory Manager to ensure our brands are displayed and ready to delight shoppers. The role involves lifting and moving product, driving to multiple locations, and providing excellent in-store execution.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license issued by your state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong professional attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive your own vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and, occasionally, over 50 lbs.
• Retail or grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the Retail Territory Manager.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to the RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Stay Safe & Compliant with physical work requirements.
