Job summary

Mondelez International in Pennsylvania is seeking part-time Merchandisers to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit.

You will visit assigned stores, execute merchandising plans, capture display photos, and communicate insights to the Retail Territory Manager using Salesforce, while maintaining brand standards and a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and excellence
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via DMI
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of our brands
• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards across stores
• Implement promotional displays and align with RTM plans
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and retail team via Salesforce
• Stay safe and compliant with lifting, bending, and moving products
