Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks like Oreo and Chips Ahoy! to life in stores across Prescott Valley, AZ and surrounding areas.

You will stock shelves, build displays, and maintain in-stock conditions while visiting multiple locations with a flexible weekend schedule. The role emphasizes professional in-store representation, customer service, and the ability to lift and move products as needed.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to various store locations.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage with the retail team.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Move products safely, lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally over 50 lbs.
