Job summary

Catapult Learning, a division of FullBloom, is seeking a Title I, experienced teacher to provide reading and math intervention in a non-public school near Belle Vernon, PA. This part-time role follows the school calendar and offers 5 hours per week.

You will work one-on-one or in small groups, using Catapult Learning’s Core Instructional Model, with training provided and support from local and national teams.

Qualifications

• PA teaching license required.
• Experience teaching reading and math interventions preferred.
• Ability to work in small-group settings and with diverse learners.
• Must be able to use online platforms for records and communication.

Responsibilities

• Be their advocate, difference maker, and mentor.
• Support high school math students in a resource room setting.
• Attends training sessions, passes content assessment, and delivers designated instructional models and strategies in reading, mathematics, and/or writing skills to eligible students through utilization of Catapult Learning’s Core Instructional Model.
• Create and update all Catapult Learning/district/state student/program records.
• Ensure supervision of students to assure their safety.
• Meet with Catapult Learning Supervisors, classroom teachers, principals, and parents.
• Maintain inventory of teaching materials and supplies.
• Other duties may be assigned.
