Nassau Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Hempstead, NY is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time role. The SLP will diagnose and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders to improve patients' communication and quality of life.

The ideal candidate holds a New York State license as an SLP and has at least 2 years of experience, preferably in a nursing home setting. This on-site position offers a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Licensed NY SLP required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an SLP.
• Nursing home experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and implement therapeutic strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
